  • Start your day with hydration before caffeine—add lemon or minerals if you can.

  • Stretch your body before scrolling. Even 2 minutes makes a difference.

  • Touch base with your breath when stress rises—slow, deep inhales ground your nervous system fast.

  • Prioritize rest, not just sleep. Stillness is strength.

  • And most importantly—don’t wait until burnout to ask for support.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

This is your reminder that care is a form of power. You’re not just welcome here—you’re respected here.
