My Path
My journey through healing has been anything but linear — yet beautifully transforming. Like many, I’ve navigated the ebb and flow of relationships, the ache of disconnection, and the deep, humbling work of discovering my own authenticity. I’ve learned, sometimes through challenge, that boundaries are not barriers but acts of love — gentle protections for what is tender and true. These lived experiences continue to shape not only who I am, but how I sit with others in their own unfolding.
For over eighteen years, I’ve cultivated a thriving holistic practice centered on bodywork, somatic therapy, touch, and yogic and integrative guidance. What began as a devotion to physical healing has evolved into a deeply holistic approach — one that honors the interwoven nature of body, mind, and spirit.
With the completion of my Master’s in Clinical Social Work and psychotherapy, my focus on evidence-based approaches to trauma, anxiety, and relational healing allows me to bridge the art and science of wellness. Healing, to me, is never just physical or mental — it is an ongoing dance between both, and more.
Who I Work With
My practice naturally draws women who are intentional about finding their authentic voice, strengthening feminine resilience, and navigating ADHD, anxiety, boundaries, self-trust, and the layered terrain of grief and trauma. I also welcome men who are exploring new ways of relating — to themselves, to others, and to life — in search of authenticity, balance, and emotional freedom.
I wholeheartedly honor both traditional and holistic paths of healing. For many, medication plays an essential role in well-being; for others, somatic, nutritional, and lifestyle practices offer profound transformation. I hold space for both journeys, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment for all who seek greater wholeness and self-understanding.
My Practice
My work interlaces somatic awareness, creative expression, equine-assisted experiences, emotional regulation and trauma-informed bodywork. At its essence, it is about listening — to the body, the nervous system, and the quiet language of what longs to be witnessed.
Untethered is more than the name of my practice — it is the guiding philosophy behind it. To untether is to loosen what binds us, release old stories, and return to a life that feels authentic, spacious, and whole.
If you find yourself ready to release what no longer serves, to soften the anxiety that rests in your body, or to rediscover your own vitality — I welcome you here.
